Contact us for quotes via the website or phone. At an agreed time our team will arrive and take care of your clearance from start to finish. Our team are all DBS checked and carry ID, plus will be clearly identifiable through uniforms and the vehicles used.

Yes we are fully licensed waste carriers and work in accordance with specific guidelines and regulations set our by the environment agency and local authorities.

Where should I put the Rubbish?

We can clear rubbish from most locations as long as it is safe to access. Some clients will already have rubbish placed outside, however we also remove rubbish from properties and gardens so you can leave the moving to us.

Do I have to load the rubbish myself?

No, our professional waste collection team will load all waste on arrival. If the clearance site has limited access or we cannot park close then an extra cost may be incurred.

What if there is more waste than you expected?

Through experience we should already have a good idea of the work involved when th job is discussed. Our teams are more than happy to take more or less on the day and will always confirm and agree the scale and costs of rubbish romoval before starting the job.

Equally where there is less waste or the job is easier than expected we will look to reduce the cost involved.

Are there limits on weight?

Each full load has a weight limit of 1.5 tonnes. Our team will supply you with a educated quote in advance and the weight will be estimated before the collection commences.

Do you charge more for Extra Heavy Items?

For really heavy stuff like bricks, concrete, soil, sand, tiles etc, you will appreciate that they weigh much more than a bag of domestic rubbish so the more accurate you can be with photos and description, the more accurate the pricing will be for you.

How much time do you allow for collections?

Our prices reflect a time allowed for volume rubbish collections i.e. full or half loads. Where collections take longer due to unknown safety or access issues then you may face additional charges that will be discussed in advance of work commencing.

What waste will you not collect?

For purposes of safety and where we have no means of safe disposal, there are several types of waste that we can not collect. This includes raw meat or fish, paints, solvents, chemicals, oil, petrol, diesel, gas bottles or fire extinguishers.

We are also unable to work at heights, so the waste will need to be safely accessible on ground level.
